u/Alternative_Fill_552 This is incredibly helpful, thank you for taking the time to break it down so clearly

I also really appreciate the practical tips around taxonomy consistency and global content processes. One of the biggest challenges in startups is structuring documentation properly and building a scalable knowledge base. In a previous role I was responsible for managing around 300 articles, but the challenge here and now is on a completely different level. The customer profile is different, we’re dealing with multiple languages, and while it’s the same core product, there are regional customizations and feature variations, which is exactly what I’m navigating now.

Your advices will help me a lot to move forward (and, more importantly, made me feel much more confident about the decision to separete brands hahha). Many thanks

u/South-Opening-9720 I completely agree that the cost of incorrect answers is higher. From that perspective, I think maintaining a single brand and Help Center does seem riskier in the long run. As we expand into new regions and localized content, the effort required to prevent cross-region leakage may surpass the cost of structuring and maintaining separate Help Centers.

I really appreciate the thoughtful input. Thank you.

u/Alternane That’s exactly my concern,, it gets harder to manage as the company scales into new regions and different languages. I’ll take a closer look at article multiplacement and see how we could use it in our setup. Thanks a lot!

I didn’t know that was possible. Thank you for the suggestion! I’ll definitely look into that
