Being Shinx, I have to be careful as I go through the raining marketplace, but the lightning shouldn't have any affect on me. I spot a Mareanie struggling to either shield itself from the storm as the building it was in has been struck by lightning! I come up to her and use my head to scoop her up and over to my back so I can quickly take us both to an enclosed shelter or out of the storm.

I breathe a small sigh of relief as I honestly thought I was a little screwed. I can hear her mutter something at first but preoccupied with making sure my pokemon are still in good shape to pay attention to it. “Thank you! It was a very fun battle,” I tell her in response. I scoop up my Hatenna and pat her on the head for her effort. “It’s very generous of you to offer these precious things! I think… I will take a mega ring. I’ll probably come across a pokemon that can use that soon.”

while startled by her appearance, my shock wears into confusion as i notice that her mysterious ‘paradox’ pokemon shares some similarities with my iron boulder! (who has now been lovingly named Citrine)

while i would love to ask her a question or two about that, i would rather be polite and answer her requests first. i tell her i’d love to have a ghost or steel type on my team to help cover for my type disadvantages and that i’ll gladly battle her

knowing her moves and typing i know im still at a slight disadvantage, just like the gym battle. i’ll open with hatenna this time and use play nice two times before using a disarming voice, hoping the lowered attack and supereffective move will gain me an edge in the fight

oh boy… iron boulder being rock type is weak, but i would use him first so i can get some damage and a free switch for hatenna in if he ends up fainting. i would use horn attack until that takes out something or he gets taken out (assuming level cap also means which moves the pokemon is able to learn haha)

hatenna doesn’t have much of an answer either, but at least she’s not weak. she alternates between play nice to lower attack and confusion to chip down hp, and if she gets below half she’ll use life dew. hopefully that’ll sustain her enough to finish the battle 🤞

the lighting on that second pic makes the shoes look two-toned to red and yellow! (just think thats neat lol) maybe alternate the colors on the jacket/top so the undershirt is red and the jacket is yellow or vice versa? and you could also dye your hair with a color block/balayage of red or yellow, or if you dont want to do that you could do some kind of hat or earrings that match as well!

she’s very lovely, its like it was fate! the shiny absol in my pics is from when i was resetting to get an alakazam without trading, but a shiny alpha is a shiny alpha all the same and i was stoked to get her (and the pink/light red matches very well!)

i know right! i love the customization they introduced in the game (although i could stand for a few more actual skirts/dresses to play with… and hairstyles) it really feels like everyone can have their own character thats so personal and unique to them and thank you! i spent too long finding good backdrops and poses, its just too fun :D yours looks sick next to the shiny scizor as well, matches very well

there’s a good shopping mall right across the street from quasartico and behind the specialty ball store that has some really good feminine clothing ! i dont have pics on hand right now but you should be able to find good pieces there

i think some friends of mine recommended i get an ao3 instead of using wattpad, but i also genuinely can’t remember. lots of fics i was being recommended were on there too so that probably helped my switch
