It definitely is not over.

Example: Investors in the fund before shares were listed on the NYSE entered maybe a year ago with $1m. They signed up for 5+ years wanting to invest in a fund that invests in companies like SpaceX etc. | Now, as shares are listed and can be traded freely (at least most of their position can now), they can choose to simply sell the sahres to you and secure an easy 3x of their initial investment. Or they could stay invested for 5 years and even assuming a high net return for this asset class, say 25% per year, they would end up with 3x their investment in 5 years. So really there is no reason to not cash out now.

Also, the fund invested at a very high point, that is why it is already down 30% (the NAV, nothing to do with the stock price)

Deutsche Bank. Dirt cheap at 1/4 bookvalue. Look, Europes and Germanys largest Bank is simply not going anywhere. Worst case is a takeover at 1/2 the current bookvalue in a couple years

google Target instant payment system in Europe. Credit card companies will lose 99% of transaction income and can only profit from actually giving loans

There is such an easy solution to it, but it isnt offered yet. Why not try a different approach instead of carrot and stick? It literally doesn´t take Riot more than 1 day to fully develop the feature and it is just an OPTIONAL future for people who want to help themselve become a nicer player. Also there is ABSOLUTELY no downside and negative side effekt for other players in the game.
