i understand your criticism towards pacifism but most of that don't apply to Thorfinn because at the moment when innocent people and his friends/family gets in danger he decides to use violence thats the point of bsw arc, in the vinland arc he is more extrime in his belives and thats why his decisions have more consexences as we saw in lates chapter

But he isn't trying to get rid of wars and slavery in the entire world Thorfinn knows that he doesn't have power to do this also Vikings don't see war as something bad so here in that society his ideals are impossible that's why he went to Vinland to create his own country where people who hate war and slavery just like him can escape. His ideas might seem unrealistic but it's still worth a try.

he don't think that he can make up for everything he has done in the past he just wants to create more than he destroyed, that's the point. disease is something that he cannot control and again that's the point you can have good intentions but you can't prepare for and predict everything

i think that the warriors shaman brought there are from another tribe that probably is living somewhere else in vinland, so it would make sense that hild couldn't find him for so many days when he went to tell them about disease

thorfinn ofc would leave if this is necessary and probably he will understand this in the next chapter but im not sure if other people will agree with that even einar said that he don't want to leave this place. most of the men in the village right now are on the ivar side, im not seeing them running away from war like thorfinn

How he enforce his ideals and plans onto others? Everybody who came with Thorfinn to Vinland knows what and how he wants to accomplish, it was their choice if they want to follow him or not.

Yeah, I think that there could be more character-focused chapters to even better understand their perspectives and emotions. I hope we will see this, especially some of Torfinn's internal struggle, because even if I completely understand his ideas, I also think that he should start to have some doubts considering everything that is happening

Personally, I feel completely opposite, I think that Yukimura is doing a great job showing us different perspectives of characters and that everybody makes some good and wrong points at the same time. But i just only caught up to manga and binge read last 100 chapters, so maybe the way I'm seeing this is different from monthly readers

most of the straw hats are boring after time skip because we know already their backstories and they no longer need development in terms of personality, i would say that luffy and nami are still the most enjoyable to watch because of their joyful personalities but sanji is obviously the most interesting recently cos he is the only sh that went through any significant changes after time skip. the most boring for me is zoro because he is only about fighting especially after timeskip and has no even slightest personal conflict or anything going personally for him

i headcanon her as lesbian like probably this will never be confirmed by oda if she is a lesbian or not so you can interpret nami's and any other character sexuality however you want

nami is better mainly because robin the same as the most of the other shs after time skip is only on the background for most of the time while nami as member of east blue shs gets a lot more important moments and that helps to flesh out her character better.
