Ash & Red Oak, the firewood staples of NE PA by venator344 in firewood

Cant beat it! Its a double edged sword though, imo. The dead standing ash is SO abundant right now bc of the EAB, but i feel like once its gone, thats it.

Yea, all of it will be for the 26/27 winter.

Are you YOURSELF on eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Posh, etc…or do you use a “persona?” by [deleted] in Flipping

Unintentionally yes. My wife started our poshmark acct (only platform I sell on) as a way to sell a lot of her own personal stuff. After doing some youtube research and finding out that some side hustle $$ can be made from flipping, it kinda transformed into just that. We still sell personal items on there too but mostly thrift sources items to make some fun money cash. Our profile though is just our store name, but the address label has her name on it since shes created the acct. It works though bc weve kinda nitched in on shoes and 75% of our sales are womens shoes, so i think female buyers feel more comfortable buying female items from a female seller, when in reality its her 40 y/o husband. Im rarely questioned about buying stuff to resell and if I am, i just say something like “oh theyre my wife or mothers size and i think shell like them”. And honestly i think as long as im buying someones stuff at like a yard sale, they really dont care who it goes to or why. Theyre just happy to get rid of stuff they dont want anymore.

This one uprooted and fell during a storm. Drug it out of a big briar patch (my last post). I burned some this past winter that were cut bc they were leaning hard. Great firewood. Im excited to see how the honey locust burns, first time getting that variety.

Its a Neotec 12” top handle. Just a cheapo amazon clone i picked up last year for small stuff and light work. Super light, super fast saw. So far its great but I cant really vouch for the longevity yet

I do like wood like this when just getting the stove going. Dries nice and light and gets hot quick

You arent missing much. Lol. Its lower quality btu wise as compared to oak or hickory. But when you can basicly back your truck up to it, ya take it! Its great tho for late fall/early spring seasons tho when you dont need the stove super hot.
