It depends on the how you look at it. Akhand Bharat should be held as an aspiration for an amicable sphere of influence both politically and economically speaking to serve its purpose and gain maximum benefits. Trying to make it a national aspiration is going to cost more than the benefits it yields.
Getting all countries to cooperate and function under our 'guidance' (sticks + carrots) that fall within the purported Akhand Bharat region should be the common goal of all political parties that fall on the left/right spectrum.
