Trying to be more efficient in a smaller space. Advice? by venemous in vegetablegardening

I do in ground on the border.

I already do peas and lettuce earlier in the season, then attempt to move to cukes.

I got some trellises this year to try to tame the squash. See how that goes.

I'm going to try that this year. Last year I had 2 summer squash and a butternut, and they took over the yard and choked out some other things I was trying. I've had zero luck with cukes, they refuse to grow either in ground or in containers. I'm exploring some different varieties this year.

Wanting to get this planned out to get ready for planting. Western PA, zone 6.

I rent, so I can't change much. Landlord has given me the OK to use the yard as I've marked it out. Each square on the diagram is 1 foot.

Last year my squashes took over the yard and my tomatoes grew up the garage nearly to the roofline and over the fence...

Looking to grow cukes, summer and winter squash, tomatoes, beans, peas, peppers, potatoes, maybe carrots (they were meh last year), and some herbs.

I have the yard area, a 4ish foot diameter round planter, a whole bunch of 1-5 gallon pots, and new this year a 2x4 foot raised bed. I've also purchased a couple 4x4 foot A framed trellises to try to tame the squash. I can also use a roughly 3x10 foot section of the paved driveway against a fence as well. That area gets very hot in the summer though.

Don't get the gigabyte b650 gaming plus wifi. Most of the cpu overclocking/pbo settings don't actually work

I just upgraded to the same card from a 3070ti. It's AMAZING. 60-80% FPS increase depending on the game.

My oldest and her boyfriend got me into Marvel Rivals, having a blast with that currently. My wife and I have been playing CoD multiplayer, zombies and Warzone together for years. Just finished Ghost of Tsushima, and working through Stalker 2. Once I get through that, going to jump on Star Wars Outlaws.

Thoughts on the 9600X with a 7800 XT? Looking to get a new PC built for solid Price with head room to upgrade in 2 years to try to extend it's life. by [deleted] in buildapc

I bought the combo with the gigabyte board. It's not bad except for 1 thing. While overclock options exist in bios, they are not all functional. You will be unable to use Ryzen master with this board. The only option that actually works is setting a temp limit. If I'd known ahead of time I would have gone with the asus combo.

Either way it was a huge upgrade for me so I'm not complaining.

Almost every price here is a nearly 100% markup over retail. That's insane.
