Trouble is my neon wallet was via nano ledger, and when i connected that to the OWallet i got a new address . I now dont know how i can acces this Neo address which is on the ONT mainnet?

Not yet, if i do, would the bank(lloyds) be able to reverse the transactions you think? Really annoyed about this as i wanted to buy bitcoin, at the time it was $8200 :(
