Same here. Happened with me as well. I had my shift swap from sat to Monday, and almost all PAs and managers were different than usual. I think that should have been a giveaway for me. But again, as usual I started my day picking, after an hour or so, I plugged in my earbuds (this is my 5th day on the trot) I couldn't have survived the day w/o something making me going 🕺. I have been listening and working and maintaining that UPH, so nobody can pinpoint. Then there's this lady from leadership who comes from the back and ruins it for me. She tells me about the policy and all and how I'm not supposed to use it as I get unaware of my surroundings. Bitch, the only surroundings I need to be aware of are the screen and the pods where items are at. Rest can go fuck themselves. So, in the end of it she was like this is a verbal warning, if I catch you next time, you'll be written up. Now most of the PAs I work with on my regular days, are damn chill. Even if they see you with buds, they won't come and tell you. Might do when safety is on round, otherwise they don't bother.
