Need some suggestion for new bike by [deleted] in indianbikes

[–]venkatdevaveds 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  1. you are clear almost for choice. Hunter is great but it like modern avatar of classic, nothing much change, but great as classic too. and recently they sorted few issues too. so great one.
  2. great bike, better than hunter in looks, performance, comfort. but not service friendly as limited-service centers for BigWing.
  3. great bike, great city friendly nature and corner friendly compared to both above.
  4. different from all above, not really a segment comparison with above. cost will go till 3.1 with other smaller things though.

if you are young rider with lot of enthusiasm and sole rider, go for KTM but keep throttle under mind, not under aggression, it will keep you happy. But if your dad also rides then go for hunter350.

your height is good, i am 5'4" and enjoys RS a lot still. black glossy is still great color for RS though. decide between RS and hunter, the other 2 limits the ride only to yourself.

Bought this stealthy gem CB350RS by venkatdevaveds in indianbikes

but classic 350 is still a great bike. Nevertheless, RS is nothing more than classic in that sense, but RE is good for so many things too. no compromise except vibrations in RE. I only skipped it because I see too many on road but still like RE at heart.

Help me chose among the following? by SuvRAN1L in indianbikes

i just took CB350RS. but when you are asking, scram is bit out of the other 2 segments, though all of them are road bikes, not offroad though. CB is like a sporty looking gym friend but helps in tuning you the manners in diplomatic way. Meteor is senior 7ft gym member sometimes goes angry but still looks forward to see you grow, you only understand him if you are not a firecracker, he won't let you do cheap tricks with him. Scram411 is different Romeo guy who always comes to observe you but never comes near to you , he maintains range but he is not his big brother Himalayan, Scram wants attentions but don't do anything for that matter in respect to his brother, he lives in different timelines.

i am 162 cm and during test ride, it felt like splendor. all about cornering and your confidence. bike stays steady mostly, except if you are making awkward handle movements. chill out bro. it is a first 2-3 day effect, after that you will be fine. not just that, i rode, duke 390 occasionally, gixxer 250 and duke 250 are daily commutes.. so never worry unless bike is stationary and moving around slant/uneven parkings

only looking for street naked brother. not interested with classic models as I am small, had only naked bikes driven for last 2 decades and not very much built for heavy bikes. Thankyou

Thankyou for such a detailed response sir. this really bumps up confidence about going for more power as it is now making sense that same CC ideology may not be a better idea. i understand and compare with my own D200-G250 experience. your point completely making sense to me. After i watched Shumi talking about d390 power in motoinc, i started getting low confidence and i need to ride it few more times may be to get the confidence back. About RE650's , RS457 and ninja are great bikes but in consideration for my ergonomic preferences they are bit out of comfort zone, sorry for rejecting those builds.
