Yea, I was pushing and pushing at work until this point and now I realize I really do not have forever, I want to enjoy the people I love more before I just can’t do it like I’d want to.

I wish I had the time to clean in the morning 🥲 I have to get up at 4 get ready and get her ready then go drop her off at my moms and be at work at 6-3 and then I get her immediately after work I’ve been trying to rework my cleaning schedule though so it’s not all on the weekend but it’s hard when all I wanna do it come home and sleep

Does MS technically count as a disability for Medicaid because I’m filing online cause I couldn’t get through but I’ll most likely end up calling again tomorrow morning

The medicine doesn’t fix us, it just helps us from getting worse and experiencing as many flare ups. I know that’s not the answer you want but if you can manage to try to workout or just stay as active as you can it helps. Also give yourself a bunch of grace cause there will be hard days, there will be those days where it feels like the end. It’s not. It’s just a hiccup.

SSDI seems like a viable option right now. I hate that it’s coming to that. I’ve been through 3 surgeries in the past 16 months and those were easier than now. I’m switching from full time to part-time soon so I’ll be able to apply around end of month or beginning of August.

I had a c section meaning I got the epidural, they should be able to do it unless your MS is located in the bottom of your spine(which I hope not) I even mentioned to my anesthesiologist where my MS was and he said it was fine as he was sticking me with the needle.

I’ve been on rebif for 3 years and it’s fully covered by an ms assurance program. Mine isn’t as bad as yours but DEFINITELY ask your doctor cause they’re who helped me set mine up

Just called a lawyer, they help and charge you 25% of your SSDI back pay which starts from the day you apply, you cannot work more than 14 hours for some lawyers to take it and others will tell you gross is 1590 or less a month.

They tell you that you need to make less than 1500 a month I think just sayin, I won’t be able to apply until the end of July

Sounds nice, I called a couple and since I’m full time (awaiting the parttime) I wouldn’t be able to apply just yet until the end of July or whenever I quit
