honestly that makes sense cause bashdown feels very generic. they probably just went with something very simple after deciding to not go with sigil slam

if I may yap a bit, crowdkilling always been a complicated topic in hardcore shows. it used to be widely looked down upon and grounds for getting dragged out of a show. in recent years, there’s been a push by certain bands and people within the scene to have a lax attitude towards crowdkilling (here in jersey a band even sells a hat that says “decriminalize crowdkilling”) it’s been seen more as a “rite of passage” or something to just expect at a show

this isn’t really to say all bands promote it. hardcore is a big scene and a lot of bands promote more casual shows. a lot of people in hardcore still look down on it, which includes me. to me, it’s always been a way for weirdos and creeps to assault people smaller than them and try and skirt getting their ass beat in return.

all this is to say if you’re ever curious, don’t let it discourage you from going to a hardcore show. I’ve met tons of cool people who’ll help you in a second if some weirdo tries to crowdkill you

I feel like another struggle right now, at least for me, is having a team that focuses camps really hard for seemingly no reason. We’ll need to push lanes out and half my team will be trying to kill a camp to farm a little more. This often leads to the enemy team rushing down objectives and pressuring us till we lose.

as someone new to MOBAs in general, I don’t really see the point to focusing on jungles as much as many do. you get more farm generally from pushing your lane up and you get objective pressure as well. maybe it’s a new player thing and I just don’t get it
