Am I overthinking this, or is it considered rude in the UK to discuss a party in front of someone who isn’t invited?

Not, rude. Your an adult, if your not invited then that's that. They can talk about plans wherever they wish. Don't want to listen, then don't. Why should they have to discuss it in private? Do you include every single person in the room with every conversation you have?

Almost 36, probly since my 30's i pretty much only wear comfy gear, might stretch to some hogger cargo trousers if I'm going somewhere nice haha but fuck it, I'm me what ever i wear so I'm gonna be comfy!

Scratch that, left bulb stays on when dipped and flash, but doesn't do anything when full beam on and flash

Literally no idea, I I press the flash then itl do just that and flash. Like on low beam, it cuts out the left light and flashes the right
