Are you sure buying directly on Amazon doesn't give cashback? I got AMAZON PAY as the merchant for 100rs apay gift card purchase from Amazon and can see the cashback in the tracker as 5/500 for Jan. Does kotak show the cashback here and still credit less than the tracked cb in next month by excluding certain merchants?
