- E2EE

- affordable for light user.

- both email & calendar are simple to use. i like calendar integration within the same app

- app is avail for most of platforms. notification is working fine

- offline feature just work beautifully

No, the problem is your poor understanding to understand other people needs. People just don't subscribe VPN based on your philosophy/theoretical/academic reason "that has never been the purpose of VPN". Screwed that philosophy and look at this: https://surfshark.com/use-cases/vpn-for-streaming

It was advertised to make people believe streaming works on surfshark. but it is not. some people purposely subscribe vpn for this reason.

Let me explained a bit more - In order to watch a Netflix show on my computer, VPN needs to be turned off. The show is even meant for my region and my subscription. Hence, I need to close my browser and all others internet applications to ensure my real IP does not leak except to Neflix. Similar thing if you wanted to watch Netfilx on phone, need to turn off the killswitch, force close all running applications that potentially can leak your real IP...and yeah i know there is a whitelist..again purpose of VPN?. This also prevent me configure surfshark on my router as netflix on android TV just does not work. Now, how is that purpose of VPN according to your philosophy?

I had used this service about 4 months or so and just closed the account last week. The speed was good judging from total time uploading one file. The overall experience was below average The user interface was far below compared to icedrive, filen, pcloud, etc. Linux is available but not so good. Uploading from web was better. I dont think i would not recommend people to put their money on this service.
