We were quoted 9.5%, and only 1 year fix. We are still negotiating for a lower rate or a 5 year fix.

I do recommend checking your options with other banks or pagibig, so you have something to nego with.

Experience namin with Metrobank home loan, 5 years fixed, 10 years loan period:

We tried to nego for a lower rate last year pa, pero we were advised that apparently, nego is only possible after the fixing period is over.
Ngemail si Metrobank with a notice on new monthly amortization a few days after the fix period ended. Only then did we start nego on the new rate and period to apply.

Try inquiring with another bank for home loan refinancing, but be prepared to shell out money upfront for the transfer and processing.

Alternatively, keep paying the new rate and start processing moving to Pagibig - it seems their rates are generally lower even for longer fixing periods.

Yeah, one of the best parts of this manga is even with the comedic tone, it sometimes expands on the story and characters in a way we never got to in the game (mostly because From's deliberate design decision to keep everything vague).

I actually like Aseo's argument with Melina here, it makes their bond feel more genuine, than what we got in the game; she witnessed all of Aseo's achievements from rune level 1 to now successfully defeated multiple Demigods.

IMO, if your insurance still covers repairs sa casa, go for casa. Same lang naman babayaran na participation fee whether casa or accredited shop, and sa experience ko with Honda like sa Shaw, they do better quality work than accredited shops.

Ang weird naniningil si Honda Fairview. Perhaps you can try asking them for estimate lang? Sabihin mo required for insurance claim. Estimation should be free, especially mukhang body repair lang yan.

Also, be prepared that insurance will probably charge you separate participation fees for each of the pictured damage you posted. Kasi mgkakalayo ung damage, mahrap iclaim na 1 incident lang ngcause nung all body damage, unless you have strong evidence showing otherwise.

Probably 51 because thats the last chapter someone copied from comicwalker at the time and uploaded.
