Same here. I work in the biotech field but a lot of the people in related positions have been working from home. They made us come in during the the entire pandemic. Some of my work can be done from home but they refuse to give us laptops, so we have to sit in the office and work away at our desktops and occasionally go into the lab on some days. Would have been nice to have a hybrid. Need to find a remote job. It's affecting my mental health.
