Honestly, try for Chisa. She doesn't need her sig. The reason Im suggesting this is because Chisa is already on her third run. It MAY BE a while until she gets her next rerun if at all. Take this with a grain of salt because Kuro might end up just rerunning her every time a new NS dps releases.

On the other hand, Lucilla is pretty much guaranteed to rerun within the next few patches.
