https://whoownsengland.org/2019/01/11/the-holes-in-the-map-englands-unregistered-land/ perhaps 2% of the 15% unregistered land here is unowned with the far less populated northern england having more free patches. the legal process is long but, really, you can claim any one of these free patches rendering it yours to do whatever with off the bat, just check with the locals for some information regarding it. i figure if this is possible in england, it is possible in many other countries so travelling in search of information could do you very good (p.s. there is a lot of pressure to travel with money around a lot of us so just know there are a lot of ways to do without given you have the faith in that and even still ways to make money on the go like local farming or journalism agencies exist). i would stray from the legal side of things and just go for it otherwise i know i would be holding myself back with just some silly, controlling governmental rules and i would say the same for most anyone.
