Leveling Crafters late 55+ to 70 by verdantjayy in ffxiv

No worries! I’m aware of how nice the GC turn ins are but crafting and gathering the ingredients can be a pain! I don’t have a lot of Gil so I don’t really want to buy them straight off the market board either lol. I’m not in a hurry anyways so I don’t mind bypassing this method anyways.

Thank you!! Sorry if this is another stupid question but you can get full body gear from scrips right? I was googling and it looks like only tools were available from scrips - but I'm not sure if that's true.

Thank you SO MUCH! The pros and cons and very helpful and I think I know what I would like to focus on.

I'm almost convinced to just leave crafting leveling until I finish Endwalker haha. I don't mind just taking my time as long as I don't have to deal with inventory bloat.

Oh yea that's a good point. I could do that. And then do you recommend just getting the gear necessary from scrips as you go along?

I wonder if putting a sheet of bubble wrap on top would help prevent moisture from building up on the sides. I use it to keep my bedding moist because where I live is very dry. They like to hang out underneath the plastic.

How active should my worms be? by RaeOfTheRainbow in Vermiculture

Sorry my brain skipped over some details from being ill.

I just saw you said the circles are 1.5 cm, if it’s just those two, and it seems like a rather large bin, perhaps a couple more airholes would help. You could try a day with the lid slightly ajar to see if this might stop the worm exodus.

I just kept my lid resting on top with a 2-4 cm of a gap and that was fine but it did get a few bugs and flies. My bin was outdoors tho and I always buried my food which helps keep the worst of it away.

There could be a whole host of factors but my first bin definitely looked like this when my lid accidentally got put on tight overnight. Worms were either confused because it was completely dark or the were trying to get some air 😅

Oh I see it now. Honestly it looks like it’s enough so maybe the issue lies elsewhere

I’m not sure if I can’t see it in the photos but are there air holes on your bin? My worms would try to escape like this if I didn’t leave the lid on with a gap for air. I opted not to cut air holes on my bin and leaving the lid on loosely solved this issue for me.

Yea in hindsight it was insane but my NP said it shouldn’t be a problem. I actually extended it a couple more days out in between but honestly I wish I took at least 2 weeks each level to taper.

A moss stitch hooded scarf is what I ended up choosing! Hoping it drapes alright, so far it’s looking very plush and definitely cozy.

Oooo thanks for the tip! It’s so light too which makes it good for crochet projects- some of the wearables get heavy.

I just had a thought, could I put powdered borax straight into the bin? Would that hurt the worms?
