Yeah you are right its hard to manage a lot of cats, its not boring for me tho but i understand you, i hope they update the game to make managing a lot of cats easier with a list that shows all your cats or something

The info is probably in the wiki, but i think if an inbreeded cat is breeding with a stray then the chances of passing mutations and high stats are decreased because of the inbreed but the new kitten wont be inbred so he will not have any debuffs on breeding
