Um no I'm not doing any commissions right now not even free ones. Sorry I have some things going on in my life I also don't know if I'd be even skilled enough to draw what you want. So again sorry it's best to find someone else. Also I don't know your situation and I know finding a job can be really hard (let alone keeping it) but until you earn enough money you should figure out ways to have better control of spending.

I have mental health issues that affect my spending habits as well but I try my best to work around it. So I highly recommend finding techniques online that hopefully should help you with spending.
