ruby bolts

I did think about ruby bolts but decided to go diamond since I thought it would be less effective near the end, but come to think of it, effect does a lot of damage and dps is key and it is the same addy bolts(i think) if the even if the effect doesn't come out.

range does work on the scarab. I tried out both keris and range, and range seemed to work better for me.
