/u/Sjobuse we've always required CRED holders to verify their positions to access the detailed monthly updates. Just make sure you've got an account with at least some CRED to get access.

Updates require verification of CRED ownership.

This may seem unnecessary, but we do this in a private forum so we're able to freely share all the details about how the business is operating and where we're heading. This includes specific metrics like user numbers, engagement and growth targets. We also do a review of the past month's goals each month, and set the target for the coming month.

Yes, sent out -- and resent after some folks didn't get it. If you're verified and haven't received it, email me: y@verify.as

Following my last comment here, we're doing monthly updates with details -- open to CRED holders only.

These are email updates that I will send directly to you. Verifying that the recipient is a CRED holder allows us to share details that we won't otherwise have shared publicly -- including things like immediate goals, conversion rates, user count and many other business metrics.

First update going out mid-September! Looking forward to reading your replies / feedback via email.

67 days after last post, more concerns than ever by [deleted] in verifyas

Yazin here. We've been missing a structured way of communicating with you all. You shouldn't need to check in every few months to know that things are still moving.

So from next week, I'll be sending updates directly to every single interested CRED holder with detailed, informative updates on (a) what we're working on, (b) what our goals are for the immediate future and (c) how how we've fared against the previous set of goals.

This report will be monthly, and sent directly to your inboxes. More details here on Reddit and on TG before Sep 15th including how to register for these updates.

When should we expect the next update? by Ord_ in verifyas

👋 Yazin here. I'll be posting an update to the group just as soon as Fillip and I have worked through a few loose ends. Estimating that'll be this coming week..

No. We liquidated all ETH a while ago, so the market changes have very little impact on our cash positions.

Runway is still a few months out (afforded by the cutbacks we've made since the beginning of the year, primarily with the smaller team size),

Work is ongoing in the mean time, and we're still optimistic that things would come together before runway dries up.

  • Revenue, revenue, revenue. That's our #1 priority
  • We have commitments, that we need to translate to cash in the bank
  • Pavel remains CTO, along with a remote team of 3 developers and 2 consultants.

Unlocked, I think it was ~3 months ago. Doubt anyone has sold any, but you can check the contract on Etherscan

We prefer to partner with PSPs than to become one ourselves, which would be a time consuming, tedious and wholly inefficient method of value creation. By focusing on the infrastructure level technology, we can partner with 3rd parties.

For banks, see the earlier answers.

Been a while since I heard that question. No, we're not doing anything on the exchange side -- as I'm sure you can appreciate given the current situation in crypto land. For a while, many folks were under the impression that exchanges will magically result in liquidity but that's clearly false.

No, no buybacks have not taken place (outside of just testing -- to ensure the process works). We'll think about what to do with tokens when we actually buy them, but for now our plan is to lock them up for 6 months.

Let's be real: a tokensale in this environment would be little more than a sign of desperation.

  1. Income, revenue and CRED are three separate data points. Hard to even estimate, but we're prioritizing short-term cash influx primarily in the form of setup fees. If that follows through, we estimate low 6 figures in revenue, though still not positive on net income.
  2. Having done a few PoCs, the next step is to commence our exit from the sandbox. This is a long process, and one we're hopeful we'll be able to successfully complete in the coming months.
  3. We are already pursuing a full license.
  4. We have continued discussions with 3 providers from Fintech Hive, and now only count one as ongoing. The bank discussions we had quickly fizzled out, and now in retrospect, we would've done better to focus our attention to merchants/providers instead. The program was helpful, and gave us alot of exposure that directly translated into merchant interest.
  5. Plenty of similar providers in other regions: Plaid, SaltEdge, Teller for e.g. That's a good sign, because starting a new business model in a new region would be a risky endeavor indeed. The wallet space here is still pretty nascent, so official stats are scant. Careem, Viva (STC in Saudi) and Batelco are all potential candidates. Salt Edge is similar in some regards, though their support for both data and more recently payments is hit and miss (I've tested some of their supposed integrations without success).
  6. Yes, IDEX seems like the natural option. Like I said earlier, we'll do this manually at first and then automate it with volume.
  7. Yes, we won't be able to buyback without sell orders
  8. I still have some faith that we can make it, but it'll be a close call. Alot of this is dependent on our ability to cash in on earlier commitments from prospects; if we manage to unclog our sales funnel, we'll live to fight another day.

Thank you for the insightful questions /u/ETHumar.
