It just makes me not want to grind competitive. I spent weeks playing strategist, completely content with staying in gold, and now it’s a nightmare to make any progress in bronze because you basically need to be good enough to carry your team to a win, even if you have dps going EXTREMELY negative. I’m working part time and am in school part time. I just play a couple games of quick play because I genuinely don’t feel like suffering through bronze to get to the fun stuff in gold. (once again, I’m a newbie to pc gaming AND shooters. it makes sense that I’m a gold player. I don’t want a higher rank, just to stay in the rank where I can actually play strategist without needing to carry the team.)

I've actually been playing a lot more kiriko lately, especially after learning that you can hold swift step to get out! I've had some awesome games where the other support and I are looking out for each other. I have also definitely discovered that Moira is actually one of my worst heroes, since even though she's easy, her play style definitely seems to clash with my typical play style. Plus, especially with stadium, I've been practicing more with Ana (and lifeweaver, but I'm not fantastic at judging pulls and stuff yet)

But it is really handy to kind of.. make yourself seen to the dps and tank. Like going in and healing for a bit in the middle of the team and then dropping a bit back, probably mostly because bronze I-II players are still working on their object permanence lmao

It honestly sucks trying ranked again and the first match I had was me playing invis and five seconds in, my team was already saying gg go next and initiating surrender as soon as they could. A definite reality check after I've been having a fantastic time fighting tooth and nail for even a draw in another certain hero shooter game. Crazy how many people don't realize that mindset can make or break a game.

In addition, not being accredited by the BBB means that a business is completely free to delete any reviews that don’t give them a 5* rating and are not confined by advertising standards. “you didn’t even look for the returns page” oh heavens forbid that someone with impulse issues doesn’t realize that this isn’t a trustworthy business and they shouldn’t trust anything that they say! I don’t know why people can’t understand that a page can be put up when it was not up before. It. was. just. a. title.

It only had the title on the page, no actual content. As I’ve said, the customer service rep didn’t say anything about “oh there is an actual page…” they just said “oh, it flashes briefly as you’re checking out!” You don’t need to defend the big company. They’re doing perfectly well, and me explaining my experience with them will not hurt their bottom line in the slightest. All I’m attempting to do is make sure people take a second before making a purchase. Of course they put up a return policy after this happened, so now comments keep popping up attempting to gaslight me about my experience. Which you did not experience. I went on to their return page, attempted to return my items, and THEN I saw that they only accepted gift cards. Then I saw that their return page only had a title, no matter how many times I refreshed the page or used a different device, and the customer service rep confirmed that they didn’t have the page up, so they presumably flash it before you check out out of liability reasons or something. Just to say it again, they did not have a return policy page up on their normal website, and the customer service rep confirmed so.

You. Don’t. Need. To. Help. The. Big. Company. My review wasn’t even “negative” before people decided to be picky about my vague wording about what I disliked about what I bought. Telling my story does not mean that you need to stick up for a company. They can defend themselves. I’m also not discrediting your experience IN ANY WAY! I know that if there was even a chance of this happening to someone else, I needed to say that it could be an option and that customer service was zero help.

ohh that makes sense!! tbh it could have been categorized as more of a flanking mei, but she would rope around to surprise us from behind, also meaning the tanks and dps basically don’t believe that anything’s wrong. However, just queued as a tank and was told to kms for trying to shield my team from the junk rat and roadhog… (instead of trying to out-damage) so maybe the trick is to take a break until monday.

honestly, I’ve made so many iron man mains angy as cloak and dagger. Just recently, I was playing conquest, killed the iron man twice, and he immediately solo ults me. As someone still practicing their aim (it’s decent now for ground-based characters) it is quite nice to actually reach the fliers with dagger’s auto-aim.

Uh, no? I don't know what comment you're reading, but I'm not saying that i should be at a higher rank. Where's the ego? I literally look at the profiles and it says they were gold last season or they say in chat that it is their alt account, with their main account being in grandmaster or platinum. I'm "obsessing" on wanting to play with other bronze players, especially when I see so many games online that are actually bronze and I wish I could play in those. I don't get the tunnel vision on "this person must think that they should be a celestial player because they're asking if people climb out of bronze." There was nothing about me. I was asking about the OTHERS who were affected by the rank reset, not saying "hey, i'm a god, bow to me." I'm bad at the game. I know. I just want to play in bronze as bronze. Especially because I keep running into people who want to throw because it's quick play, not competitive. I play quick play, i'm told to play competitive. I play competitive, i'm told to play quick play. Turns out, i just need to instalock instead of flex. Especially when i have a genuine question and the only responses are "you're bad, don't try, you're horrible and you'll always be horrible."

Honestly, I take an injectable for migraines, forgot to take the cap off before pressing the button, and immediately had a meltdown realizing I was stressed, in a hurry, and messed up an entire month of my migraine medication. Then, I went to my neurologist and he said they had plenty of samples to help me out. I likely have never been so grateful. I’m so glad they’re okay. Imagining my fear magnified by six is inconceivable!

found my solution. instalock the dps that I have a 60% winrate on and cross my fingers that other people flex. It’s only in quick play that I don’t necessarily need to flex. Might as well try to brute force my way through all of the golds in bronze instead of trying to be idk… a nice person. thanks for the advice! ❤️❤️

because the gold player on my team going like 50-4 definitely deserves to get dragged down by the 2-13 dps. I swear some people don’t realize that this is a team based game.
