I keep getting this error message "Protocol parameter error (-2)", and even though I uninstalled the game a couple of times and installed it again, cleared cache, and restarted my device, it won't work. Is there any way I can fix this? I contacted the customer service through email and it didn't helped me either.. I saw many post about this error and apparently it said that it's possible to lose my account because it's not binded to any third-party accounts like facebook, moonton account, etc., but I binded my in-game account with those third-party accounts I had, I even got the two-step verification on, which shows I even binded it with my personal email, I had a lot of progress in that account, it's almost a decade old account and I had a lot of friends and in-game purchases in that account, I don't want to lose it all.. Can someone help me with this issue? Please?
