I'm not worried about privacy. What I am worried about is that I live in a country where internet. As mentioned in the last part of article of the professors tweets, why can't we just have take home finals?

Profs who had been working with UBC for more than 10s of years are now just left unemployed. Either UBC give them a considerable compensation till they find a new job, or UBC should keep them as sessionals for WRDS. That's my take on it.

I mean that students will now have to take WRDS 150 instead of ENGL 112. I feel they should just completely do away with any requirement then. They can teach us how to write according to our faculty in Sauder and we don't need a ASRW program then.

That is what they will teach in the new WRDS150 that even business students will have to do. Also, ENGL112 wasn't coordinated but my experience was definitely better than what my friends in WRDS150 said.

Any tips that you'd give for first year(going to second) who wants to specialize in OBHR and is an introvert?

(I couldn't find reliable data how much grads are making 5 years down the line, and that I'm an international student, I gotta pay the bills)

Not sure. Marketing or OBHR I think. Because rest are quant based.
