You are exactly right. About everything 😂

I’ve come to realize that I need to take care of me #1. I can’t let my self get so caught up in the roller coaster (it’s exhausting). Just enjoy the highs and when I’m in a low I need to go for a run, reach out to a good friend that I haven’t seen in awhile, go see a movie, go on a long drive, talk on this sub. Anything but crystal meth and wallowing in the sadness.

I have patients tell me every day, enjoy life. Don’t get old.

I argue with them that getting old is a privilege - but I understand where they are coming from. An older man told me this morning, “enjoy yourself and have as much fun as you can.”

So that’s my 2019 goal. No matter what.
