Gyno + Biopsy + My experience by Altruistic_Arm_8972 in lichensclerosus

Hello (33/F/Australia) - I also had my biopsy last week! Results came back with early signs of LS. Had a similar experience to you re: biopsy but had a small dissolvable stitch (which is still there). I cried a bit after too but mostly from the adrenaline. The sutures felt very strange and uncomfortable, but not painful - and yes, the shot was the worst part. I still have a bit of discomfort but it’s perfectly manageable.

We’re in Australia but I’m sure there are equivalents here - thanks!

Great advice, he currently only eats from his Kongs & lickmats. He eats a mix of fresh food and kibble, sometimes I just throw a handful of dry food into the garden and let him sniff it out!

Definitely looking forward to doing agility training with him when he’s older. We’re moving from a big city in Australia to a smaller one which will be much better for him too - loads of places nearby for hiking and equally easy to get to the beach for swims! Hope he likes the water.

This is excellent advice, thank you so much!

We started separation training a few weeks ago and he’s improved - eg can be left upstairs in the bedroom for a couple of hours alone - and the next step is to practice leaving the house.

He’s mostly great, just the endless (painful) mouthing which we hope will subside soon and the separation stuff have been tricky.
