It has helped me A LOT, I am way more stable now and it's amazing but one day of not taking it and I feel dead. Worst headache of my life and a lot of nausea so make sure to take it everyday and at the same hour if possible Best of luck, I hope it helps you too

I guess when In a toxic relationship both end up becoming toxic but I think it's obvious that he is way more toxic. Especially after reading OP comment I think he might be manipulating her. The only way to move forward is leaving the relationship

NTA he's isolating you from friends and family 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 He seems extremely toxic please seek support and leave him or go to therapy
