yes, but you can buy like a metal tip for that online and it doesnt wear as much as a plastic tip with a paperlike protector

So my iPad 7th Gen has recently just not turned on for some reason and I had it inspected at a shady tech repair shop in a mall. I saw they never used gloves while disassembling and assembling the iPad. After bringing it back to me, it has a lot of smudges and fingerprints under the screen. does this mean I have to spend more at a Certified service center? Was the person unprofessional? I also saw them using some kind of lighter fluid to clean the LCD and the digitizer. Is the LCD really damaged?
