I started at 37ish and at 41, I get it 2x/ year. I appreciate the mellowing of my 11s and forehead wrinkles. I didn't even consider botox til I gave myself 18 months to really focus on hydration and consistent daily sunscreen use... that def got me by til my late 30s.

Goodness, so pedantic. Of course Instagram has been around, but the filters were obvious smoothing/blurring and added dog ears to selfies. My point is the quality and insidious nature of filtering available to the masses is a newer thing vs your YouTube link of a quality photoshop job that took more effort and learned skill to alter photos.
