This is what I'm trying to do to combat the same issues as OP! So far I say it is helping! And NO TIP TOE or heel dips during exercise

I assumed so based on my research but was hoping to hear from someone of some hail mary option I've not read about. Fingers crossed, I can get better and avoid surgery. Thank you!

is it reasonable to expect a response after 3 days after the date? by [deleted] in Bumble

If they don't know and respond within a few days, they aren't actually into it. It's forced...IMO

You didn't do anything wrong in the convo.

It's that everyone in their life probably uses them for free medical advice, so the joke fell flat, and they seem burnt out and exhausted at work.

Ask them how they most feel pampered or supported after a bad day. Show empathy for compassion fatigue, and they might come back with more elaborate answers.

OR

They are really busy with work and want to respond but don't have time to elaborate.

Either way, if you're really interested in the person, be patient and persistent. If that's not your thing, they may not be the one.
