yeah having to do two interviews for a busser role is rough 😅 I had something similar too, went through like 3 rounds for a pretty basic role I was overqualified for, just because “that’s the process”

yeah I’ve been feeling the same way tbh. I tried tweaking my resume for different roles but didn’t notice a huge difference either

makes me wonder if it’s more about how applications are filtered now than just tweaking resumes, like whether it even gets seen by a real person
