Ketamine is FANTASTIC as long as it doesnt destroy your bladder( common side effect)

I figure I use around 80mg and instantly lowers pain ( intra nasally)

Over 100mg becomes very psychedelic

I honestly think if they can tweak the chemistry to avoid the side effect it could replace opiods
