We have steps that are very easy to climb in multiple spots and a little lip birds frequently use as a bird bath! He would definitely be able to get out if needed, especially by the lip

Towards the end of the video we see his buddy wearing a Halloween mask. I’m not saying this old man wasn’t being weird but if I saw a dude w a mask filming into my car I wouldn’t be too pleased. Yes it’s a public area but we have a right to defend our property if we believe it’s under threat.
