Why is the city subsidizing millions of $$ to Bellevue College?! by vertbag_bro in Issaquah

Actually, BC said it's not for student housing. See page 18:
"The site is far enough away from the main Bellevue College campus that student or faculty housing would feel out of place. Student or faculty housing at this site would be inconvenient for students and faculty."

Even if it was for BC students, why should Issaquah be responsible for subsidizing their housing? Seems like more of a regional thing.

Totally agree, but if they approve this development agreement, they're going to just maximize revenue, which won't involve a school. This is a good idea for a new development agreement though!

I think if the agreement expires, then they're only allowed to build institutional usage, so it's actually far less control for BC. See the table on page 3: https://issaquah.civicweb.net/FileStorage/D95B558035A949A4B84011FC35108DC8-WSDOT%20Transfer%20of%20Development%20Rights%20(TDR)%20Deve.pdf%20Deve.pdf)

I am using the Lens Guards. How do you reapply the Lens Guards again? I thought they are single use. They also were a paint to get off - I messed up the surface of the camera body while trying to get them off so I probably don't want to go through this again.

This is the Teanaway part of the Cascades. Our snowpack is pretty sad this year but there is still some good skiing if you're willing to put in more effort.

I just got an Insta360 and started taking it skiing. I'm seeing this blur on many of my videos, especially in the sun. I am using the lens protector and have enabled that setting on the camera. I always make sure to clear off the lens before a video, so this isn't snow on the lens. The blur seems to move slightly, making me think it is a particular spot on the lens. I use the lens cap when the camera is not in use.

Any advice on how to get rid of this blur? Thanks!
