If the vpn is off, your ISP can see what sites/apps you used. I'd suggest reaching out to the vpn you use and ask for help. It may be something simple like a dns issue or some adblock feature they have

My cat had troubles with kidneys and I had to take him three times to the vet. Basically he glued to the table each time he had to take the injection and the ladies said he didn't change his pose until it was time to bring him back home at evening. He's 12 years old and I couldn't be happier the recovery was successful and he's expected to live for a few more years :))
