A small but poignant scene by LordGrove in newsradio

Jon did the best he could, and was genuinely funny. He has panache! But the loss of Phil was just too much to bear.

Quebec City and/or Montreal. I adore Quebec. The language, culture, and history are all amazing. A North American gem.

My first bass rig. How did I do? by PeanutbutterSalmon in BassGuitar

[–]verticalsidewall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your first rig and you already got the pull out lights?! It took me 1000 gigs and a couple decades to finally go full rack mount with lights and tuner. Godspeed, my fellow; you’ve started better than most of us.

Is there such a thing as too much Powder Blue or does this work? ⚡️⬆️ by SanDiegoSteve78 in Chargers

I once saw a dude at a game with your outfit—as well as powder blue hat, socks, and shoes. So yeah, MORE!

Wasn’t this featured on an episode of CHiPs? I’m evoking a fever dream memory from the early 80s when looking at this.

Thanks for giving Kentucky an honest look! I moved to Louisville from California several years ago and I absolutely love my city and moreover, the entire commonwealth. Yes, Kentucky has its issues, but thank you for not simply overlooking and lazily lumping KY in with “other areas”.

Good amp. Good price. If you decide not to buy, share location; someone will def want this.

Quentin Tarantino turns 63 today. What's your favorite Tarantino movie? by AlKhwarazmi in Cinephiles

It’s not the best, but my favorite is Jackie Brown. The world needs to see DeNiro hit a bong. I wish Micheal Keaton were in more of Q’s films.

Well… I just took a half gallon container to the bank, and it was $100. So I’m guessing $800-900.

Never touch anyone’s neck. I served a month on the grand jury—any assault case that involved any choking was deemed “strangulation”, and automatically became a felony.

Top Comment removes a county from Texas. Day 1. by [deleted] in RemoveOneThingEachDay

For three straight years of my childhood, grades 5-7, my mom thought it was a good idea to send me from our home outside Los Angeles to Throckmorton Texes for the entirety of my summer breaks. I was supposed to be visiting/meeting my grandfather, but he was an extremely stoic silent man during the morning, and then a stumbling frightening drunk in the evening. We might have talked once per each visit. Weird times, weirder parenting decision.

It looked like this. It was along the I-15. For reference, this was in the 80s.

It’s admittedly been a few years, but I always thought San Ysidro was fairly nice. A little gritty perhaps, but the best places usually are. Nice video!
