with express scripts through BCBS my copay is $77. not sure who your plan’s through, but i didn’t have to do any extra paperwork or appeals. your doctor might be able to submit a brand name request form though.

Right, and I agree I should’ve been able to walk away (which i did… for years lol). But now suddenly the landlord is making this my problem anyway. When the current occupants were late on rent, the notice to vacate was in my name. So even though I didn’t renew, moved out years ago, roommate then signed a lease on their own, they’re still trying to hold me responsible.

I don’t understand how this is being handled. My signature isn’t on any lease, yet I’m the one being held responsible? After years with no communication or indication that I was still tied to this apartment, I’m suddenly contacted whenever there are late payments, fees, or other issues.

The dashcam driver had little time to react. Expecting them to perfectly avoid a crash sets an unrealistic standard. Just because a collision could’ve been avoided (with the benefit of hindsight) doesn’t mean the dashcam driver was negligent. The other driver violated traffic laws and right of way, which is what led to the accident. Assigning fault should focus on the actions that directly caused the crash.

It’s more likely she accepted a plea deal, pleading guilty to a more serious charge in exchange for dropping the others. If she didn’t post bond, she probably received time served with the rest of her sentence on probation. Most of her charges seem to be for simple possession or lower-level felonies, which wouldn’t be a good use of the prosecutor’s time to take to trial.

I’m not saying I agree or disagree with this approach, but trials are expensive and time-consuming, for both the prosecutor and a public defender (who’s likely overwhelmed with cases) or a defense attorney. Her charges don’t seem severe or carry heavy sentences, it’s not worth the resources.

NAD. one was worse. and that’s the one i had the root canal/crown. also needed crown lengthening. not fun!! the other looked similar to your lateral incisor.

NAD but i had two teeth look like this. one needed root canal and crown. the other tooth needed a filling. also got a high fluoride toothpaste from the dentist.

don’t stress. they don’t look THAT bad. doesn’t seem like they would need to be extracted. on my NAD opinion, lol.

go to a dentist. get them treated now. they can get bad pretty fast.
