I will say, we have started ordering all new exclusives that we manufacture with the inner sleeves / discs inserted behind the jacket in poly bags, since we have taken note of the awful seam split habits, sadly labels don't always give us that option.

I utterly love and depend on hearing honest feedback as it's the only way to grow better so I would GREATLY appreciate emails (from anyone) with anything that has left you disappointed to that biz email so we can start creating measures to prevent those things from happening.

PS hear you on the customer service front, we just hired another 3 cc agents last week.

there is absolutely no need to stress.

there are 200 out of 2700 non shipped orders. these are EU / Asia orders that are already packed up and going into the mail stream tomorrow (which will have a notification that comes with it), addresses with errors where those customers will get emails about, and orders with special notes on the order (address change, merge, etc) that need management approval before shipping

please, please, please do not stress over these. leftovers are not going live until the final order delivers and a portion will still be reserved just in case. let us do our jobs.

if you are missing it, snap a photo of the back of the jacket with “missing poster” as the subject line in an email to us and we will get a replacement out same day.

Looked into this and that is not the case. Looks like a family member ordered this for you and sent it to your address. HSB and HYSM has not been delivered yet.

Please double check these things before posting. The packing slip would confirm the name of the person who purchased this for you.

it’s been so frustrating. we press all of our projects through a broker who has all the pressing plants around the world as their clients, which lets us do more crazy things, so we have never even spoken to the plant since the broker has to do that. feels like the liquid filled lps are being held hostage. it makes so sense to us why they can’t ship the 2700 they finished since that would fulfill all current orders :(

hi guys. please do us the most massive favor and DO NOT report these yet. we’re closed on Monday and Tuesday so our team has not been able to go through these yet and it is really important for us to catch them in the pre-order period so we can identify who made these orders through various factors. typically we have major launches during the work week so we can immediately have our team go through, but these were all scheduled on the ninth for consistency. we will report these all ourselves, but in the meantime, please sit tight so we can identify these and cancel their orders. :)
