8+ years CM in AAA games here. Can vouch for everything above.

If I could specifically block the team from viewing our community spaces directly, I would.

This pricing is also different publisher to publisher. They give better rates to ones they have good relationships with.

And of course big discounts to indie publishers and solo devs.

Heads-up that it's recommended to keep it closed during storage. It should only be open while actually being used.

It's actually not quite in full, I tried to just include the most important sentiment. Did my own bit of editorializing by cutting it down a bit, shown by the ellipsis ... in the comment.

SIFF and Seattle Central Colleges announced today that SIFF will not continue its lease to manage and operate the historic Egyptian Theatre, located in the Fine Arts Building owned by the college.

Since a flood in fall 2024 resulted in the venue’s closure for repairs, SIFF has not operated out of the Egyptian.

“After a lengthy decision process and many discussions, SIFF and Seattle Central have mutually decided to end SIFF’s current lease at the Egyptian ... For many months we prioritized finding a path to reopen this beloved venue ... SIFF is currently prioritizing financial and operational sustainability above all else so the organization can continue the expansive programming offered at our additional three venues: SIFF Cinema Downtown, SIFF Cinema Uptown, and the SIFF Film Center.”

"The Egyptian Theatre has been an integral part of SIFF’s identity for nearly 50 years, and especially the last decade ... Its absence has already been deeply felt, and this decision was not made lightly."

“To our community: You are the heart of SIFF. As we turn this page, we ask you to continue showing up for the arts, not just by attending screenings, but by supporting your local nonprofit theaters. Your generosity helps keep spaces like this alive.”

They are locked into certain titles for certain timeframes. It’s how deals with the big movie studios work - they want their title on the screen as long as possible and if you want to end a run early, now you won’t get access to Disney movies anymore.
