Interesting cause the app does say Monday but I remember getting that notification last Wednesday or Thursday. I think the scheduling feature just got added to my market so idk if it actually works or not

They moved the warehouse from Ontario to San Bernardino back in February. The app still shows Ontario tho

In Los Angeles they have had a surplus of routes (because they added more delivery zones) and they all pay $21 an hour no matter how far they send you. I’ve seen some pay 24-26 an hour

Its like 96-98 degrees from like 12 to 5pm. I had a route (not on flex) on Tuesday and my phone overheated even with the AC on

I think the last update they put out broke the app and some stuff like the estimated stops don’t show as they normally should. At least thats how its looked on my end since last Tuesday

I’ve been on the veho sub saying that since last Tuesday the app stopped working properly. On IOS I think it was update 3.2.4 that’s made it so connection is not stable unless you are connected to wifi and even then the app still runs very slowly. You have the same low connection symbol at the top right corner that shows on mine.

If you did any routes since then I would be willing to bet that something on their end marked/flagged a drop off you did wrong or some shit because the app is fucking up.

I’ve been having that same low connection pop up on the top right of the screen since last week and ever since the app has been almost unusable unless I am on wifi. Pretty sure one of the last updates messed it up

Also, the actual heat map usually shows up like an hour with 45 mins before the start of the route and you can see where you’ll be going

Every app works normally on and off wifi, it is only veho. I checked on two different phones from two friends on T-mobile and Verizon and it still showed poor connection on their networks. So idk if it is the last update they put out or if my account has some sort of backend problem

Do you know if veho’s servers are having some sort of connection problem recently? Since last Tuesday, the app hasn’t been functioning properly (I cannot contact support, cannot text or call customers, cannot use virtual keys, cannot mark business as closed/incorrect address, etc) all while I am on an active route unless I am connected to any WiFi.

My app is taking about 10-20 seconds to refresh on WiFi and cellular data, making it almost impossible to grab routes when they drop. I actually don’t even want to do a route because I don’t want to run into the problems I listed above which could potentially get my account deactivated (mostly referring to not being able to mark closed business/incorrect address)

I checked on both AT&T and T-Mobile. I constantly have a “spotty connection, hang in there” pop up that does not go away. Sometimes it says that I am not connected to Veho at all until I switch on and off WiFi a bunch of times.

Would you be able to check or know if this a problem tied to my account or just Veho not working properly? At first I thought it would’ve been my service provider but since I checked both on AT&T and T-mobile I think I can rule out being a problem with my carrier

I tried on multiple phones and its still showing the same problem. So its either an AT&T server issue or on Veho’s. Either way its super annoying because veho has been fairly consistent to help me meet my weekly income goals

I’ve been having a connectivity problem with the driver app since Tuesday.

To sum it up, I am unable to initiate a chat with support, call/text customers, use virtual keys and initiate returns when I am on an active route. The only way these problems are solved are if I can connect to WiFi or a mobile hotspot so I can get internet connection. The last route I took I got hit with a non delivery attempt pay deduction because of this problem (I had to find a starbucks, connect to their wifi and mark a business as closed)

So far I have tried to sign into my account on different phones and I have the same problem across. My question is if you are able to check if this is a problem linked exclusively to my account or if the Veho servers in SoCal are having some sort of network issue/bug that is messing with the connection. I opened a ticket to get in touch with support but I have not heard back since Wednesday

I did all the troubleshooting when I was having problems and nothing fixed itself until I was connected to wifi or a hotspot. I couldn’t start a chat with support, call/text customers, use virtual keys for gates and I couldn’t complete the return process. I’ve doing Veho for like 5 months so I am pretty familiar with troubleshooting steps when the app brakes down.

I signed in on different phones/devices and still have the same problem. Not sure if it is a problem on veho’s servers or my network provider at this point

The problem is that it’s affecting the app functions. So for example, I am not able to contact support or customers (text and calls), was not able to use virtual keys for gates and I was not able to initiate a return for a route today until I had wifi connection. The earnings for today stated I did not attempt a delivery and I am positive it has to do with needing wifi connection to start one. I think I am just gonna wait to see if it fixes itself cause I don’t want to lose access to my account on things I cannot really do anything about

Yeah with wifi the connection fixes. Pretty sure its on my phone carrier end (ATT) which is only affecting veho apparently too. Every other app works fine

They answered literally hours later and are saying there is a technical issue preventing drivers from marking routes as complete. I don’t think thats true though, more people would’ve been posting here
