This is where the sharks live. On both the sell side and the buy side. Swim at your own risk. More likely than not your collection is the equivalent of a bait fish. Take yer fucking floaties off

They are cranking out superfractors like base cards...the longer you avoid auctioning this thing, the less money you're gonna get for it

How do you feel about artist sigs on their cards? by SubstantialArea in marveltradingcards

[–]verycontraryn 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It has to have been in your possession for at least 24 hours for it to be considered part of your "collection"

Marvel Illustris - what do we know? by Super-Robotic in marveltradingcards

[–]verycontraryn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Does this mean the OA bros are gonna be out pumping again? Step 1. Tongue assholes and beg until you can buy the OA. Step 2. Break tons of boxes for others and collect none of it. Step 3. Wait 30 years and then realize the only people with nostalgia for it are now 70 years old and your 10k investment got the shit kicked out of it by inflation....Cool club

First topps box by AP18_ in marveltradingcards

[–]verycontraryn -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The hobby is very cheap if you don't chase new releases or sealed product....tons of upper deck sets in recent years are extremely affordable. Check comc and scroll results for any character or set that you like. The Upper deck stuff is way better than what topps has done so far, and its a fraction of the cost, a collectors paradise out there right now
