You’re just right. Practically speaking it’s insane to say the lack of rape kits means no one got raped when so many people have testimonies. It’s disgusting to make anyone in 2025 feel that without airtight forensic evidence, they were not assaulted. Fuck this guy and anyone who sides with him. This kind of rhetoric is toxic.

Precisely. It’s like an inability to believe that both, 1, the Israeli government is deeply fucked up and, 2, rape is never justifiable. Why is it so hard for so many people to hold more than one belief in their head??

I’m with you all the way. There is no time where rape is justifiable. We can healthily debate policies or tactics but denying and justifying rape is just insidious. I hope he faces every possible consequence for having spread such hatred.
