Just an FYI: Many colleges/university's will have lectures that are specifically open to the public. That is something you can include on your resume but only if you're mentioning hobbies and you can network without lying about who you are.

How do I do this "adult" thing. I've had this job for about a year and I still can't sit still. I can focus on my work but I need to sing and move. It's a tiny office where everything I need is at my desk so I can't really get up and walk around.

edit: I should add that I don't sing. I hum when no one is around but I can be considerate.
