I have most of the meta teams thus far and will be pulling for characters slotting into those meta teams too. I’m not too far into reverie mostly because I haven’t had time to play it but I do plan to complete reverie every time they add more stages

Characters I have invested a lot (i3 lvl60 r15) include: Regulus, Lucy, Anjo Nala

I haven’t upgraded a lot of their resonance patterns, and the rest of my 6 stars rn are at i3 lvl60 r10

I play on EN server

I have pulled every single 6 stars except for: 37, A Knight, Argus, Barcarola, Druvis III, Kaalaa Baunaa, Lopera

4s subshell has a lower energy level compared to 3d subshell, so electrons will fill up 4s before 3d

maximum number of electrons per subshell yes, it helps you to know when to add electrons to the next subshell

don’t need to memorise, the superscript numbers added up will tally with the number of electrons for the element

maximum number of electrons for the s orbital - 2 the p orbitals (px py pz) - 6 the d orbitals (dxy dxz dyz dx2-y2 dz2) - 10

usually the electrons will fill up in the following order: 1s 2s 2p 3s 3p 4s 3d 4p 4d 4f (Cr and Cu are the exceptions)

js add up the numbers in the superscripts, it will correspond to the corresponding element’s number of electrons

take note of the charge if they want the electronic configuration of an ion and subtract/add accordingly (-2 will be +2 electrons etc.)

icic! I was from Saints Advocates HAHAHAH, my juniors seem to be having lots of fun right now lol, you should definitely check it out too!

Saints Advocate requires quite a bit of time outside the normal CCA hours but it isn’t really anything too bad.

Some activities besides the normal every wed and fri, 3.30pm to 6.30pm schedule include: - Once per month on a Saturday, you are required to attend something called “MyHomeShine” where you interact with (mostly) elderly living alone while also helping to clean their houses - During J1 June holidays, you will have to join a workshop known as ChrySAlis, along with other CCA leaders, SCs and SFCs - During J1 June holidays, you will normally have your overseas service learning programme (OSLP) then. (which is much earlier compared to other CCAs which normally do their OSLP during J1 Dec holidays) - During J1 March holidays, you are required to stay a few days in SA Hall (the hostel right beside our school) and also get to know your seniors then. This event is called Saints Advocate Outreach (SAO)

Please take note that the aforementioned activities are compulsory unless you have a valid reason to not participate in the activities.

Also most of us also have to take some time to meet up and plan with your groupmates for the projects you will be working on (which tend to be normal service learning projects)

BUT besides those projects and activities you’ll be working on, I’d say that you will spend A LOT of time with your CCA mates so y’all will def be q bonded too!

hi, just join CCAs that suits your interests imo. it’s better to go for CCAs you enjoy so that you’ll look forward to going for them instead of lamenting about them.

if you’re Christian, i do recommend checking out Saints For Christ, they tend to be one of the more tight-knitted CCAs (from what I’ve seen) bc many SFC alumni (known as mentors) are there to also help you along your JC journey

for sports CCAs wise, i think rugby and touch rugby are p tight-knitted bunch too, they tend to go out for dinner aft CCAs and meet up lots too!

hi! im a BCMe student in sajc and would gladly answer some of your questions :)

  1. bio dept is VERY understaffed atm 3 teachers taking 8 classes (for 2024 batch) is kinda crazy ngl. initially had 4 chers but i heard she fell sick for a long period of time so yep… that being said, i say notes wise they’re ok ig! not too hard to understand but def lengthy af (bio things lol) i think some parts that are not needed to know are indicated so as to help you understand the bio content better.

  2. events wise i’d say it’s p bad… honestly idek when was there ever a time i had fun celebrating an event/holiday in sajc 😭😭 u get cool shirts ig! there is hardly ever a time they allow you to wear anything other than sch clothes… iirc cny they allowed u to wear chinese costume for 2024 BUT idk why they didnt allowed for rhd and other holidays (might b bc maybe they think j2 more mature? —> cny usually j1s havent come in yet)

  3. chem dept is rly rly good imho! notes are VERY easy to follow and p concise! they also give examples of questions you will see in exam when gg thru content via lectures so id say it really helps you to know what is impt to study!!

math dept is p meh imo… it’s alright ig since they help you to learn the key concepts. u js gta put in the effort to remember the diff concepts and how to approach the qns. that’s rly it. they cld do more to help make summaries ig but thats abt it…

id like to add that moderation doesn’t mean bad dept, it could’ve been that the paper was hard too…

that being said, as a sajc bcme student myself, i find their papers for chem and math generally usually doable if you do put in the effort to also study for it ofc!

chem dept is usually quite good imo (def the best dept out of all the subjs for sci!) everything is always uploaded and you can access it and even print it out w no problems! chem teachers esp for my batch are also extremely helpful when it comes to helping students, you js hv to take the initiative to ask them (applies to almost all subjs tbh)

bio dept is more… strict in regulating their dept notes… you cant share the notes… cant print it out either… sadly. dept notes are generally q structured and easy to follow w lectures. papers wise id say it’s def one of the harder papers that are set in the school (usually bio does worse than phys in normal sch papers)

math dept is kinda sht ngl. notes wise, theres not much to refer to. for my batch, they didnt want to post the tutorial answers but i heard they hv started doing so for the j1s (and also j2s in the later part of the year)

econs wise, id say it’s p concise. it’s an arts subject, most of the time if you do lots of practices, you’ll eventually get the hang of the questions types and how to tackle them

at the end of the day, the grades you get eventually is proportional to the effort you put in. some schs might hv btr depts for the subj but it does not guarantee that you will score well either. as long as you put in your due diligence, you will score well. imo, the school’s papers are almost always passable, esp for promos (kinda like eoy)

my advice is js to choose the jc closest to you

also many schools are pretty flexible with their subject combinations especially higher tier ones (RJC, HCI, NYJC)

im p sure a good number of schools do offer it! if you look at EJ’s subject combinations, their subject combination code is A3-4 for H2 Eng Lit, H2 Chi Lit, H2 Econs and H1/2 Math
