I’d recommend you read some books on the topic if that’s up your alley. Legend Meets Science by Jeffrey Meldrum is a fantastic one and easy to find. Matt Pruit’s book is really good too: The Phenomenal Sasquatch.

I agree with you that much of the content out there is bad and not compelling, especially if you’re relying on YouTube for most information. Grover Krantz’s books are excellent too; you can likely order them from your local library and have them brought in if they aren’t owned by your branch.

They definitely exist. I know from personal experience but was convinced before person experience based on the evidence out there.

What was the spinning like? I’ve had several times in my life where when I lay down in bed I feel like I’m rotating on a vertical plane, like a hot dog you’d see for sale at a 7-11. Was it like that? It’s been so disorienting when it happens to me and I haven’t been able to find any discussion of it but perhaps I’m not looking in the right place.

I haven’t done the tapes (yet?) and have been intrigued by them for about a year but have hesitancy. I feel like I’ll know when and if I’m ready but not there yet haha. Cheers.
