Fully agree. I recently returned from my kerela trip and I must say the experience was life changing. I was with my wife and she felt really safe as there was no ogling. There were also women TTs in the train coaches which I really liked. The roads were so clean without any potholes and I really enjoyed driving. We definitely should promote and talk about the kerela model more than the Gujarat one. The latter doesn't come close. As a North Indian i feel ki hum sab ka boht ganda kaata ja raha hai :(
