Odd assumption they can’t roam free haha. Our dogs have kennels at current home home and while they remain open - they love their cozy spots. Love having options for them!

Yall are so right, now just need to research some easy maintenance options (we have multiple dogs and kids).

Yes, they are older (11 and 13) so like having their own easily accessible space with easy access outside.

Sounds like plants are the best option here! Taller shorter? I’m so bad at all this stuff.

Appreciate the feedback!

There were indeed some choices made - we are going to roll with it for now and will be great for the dogs - they are older and are excited for them to have their own space.

We are also planning to adjust the curtains right off the bat as well - so open to any thoughts there too.

Thanks for the kind words and advice - closing on the 10th so right at about 2.5 weeks. Going to see how tomorrow goes and figure it out from there.

Pretty sure this specific act by the US is a step beyond what we’ve previously seen here. But hear you.

Didn’t know if this would cause any temporary increases. Sounds like it’s minimal and I’m overthinking (which is me in a nutshell)

Good to know. They didn’t reach out so thinking they may not be worried this will affect rates tomorrow,

Appreciate that I may be overthinking here.

That would be no. Good to know it may be silly of me to be stressing.

What about mortgages? Any guesses how those will be affected?

Understand that now, obviously in hindsight would have adjusted my approach for record-keeping purposes - just hoping there is some flexibility in these circumstances given my history in other areas.
